  QUALITY UPDATES
CEM-26284 3.1 Updates to Broker Account information for participants on the ESPP Purchases report
In this release, for companies that have the feature flag enabled, we are adding the column containing the Broker Account information for participants on the following reports: ESPP Purchases, Restricted Stock Daily Transaction Recap, and Restricted Stock Future Vesting. This column was removed as a viable option under the custom report builder. This was done to ensure certain client policies were maintained and to enhance participant security. This impacts ESPP and SOA-related accounts.
CEM-24990 3.2 Updated ESPP Help Content for the Estimated Contributions and Expected Contributions reports, respectively
Updated the Contributions (ESTIMATEDCONTRIBUTIONS) description in the Estimated Contributions report and the Expected Contributions (EXPECTEDCONTRIBUTIONS) description in the ESPP - Fair Value report.
CEM-26602 3.3 ESPP - Increase in election % is not adjusting expense correctly
If there is an increase in election percentage, the prior expense should be unchanged, and the expense will increase only for future periods. The components related to expensing in the Fair Value report have also been corrected accordingly.
