ESPP Release Notes - Version 23.4.0 (November 16, 2023)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

| When a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan withdrawls from an offering period, but remains an employee of the company, the expense will now accelerate to the date of withdrawal. | ||
| CEM-17825 | 3.3 | ESPP Refund Summary Report Update |
| Any Pending Refunds (found mostly on the ESPP Refund Summary Report) will not have a Last Modified date, as this refund is pending. | ||

| This enhancement will enable you to see the filter conditions that are used to generate reports & Report Run ID in the download pop-up menu. This information is helpful in tracking downloaded reports when you run multiple standard reports. | ||

| You can now download the data from imported Excel, .csv, and .txt files for seven days after the import is completed. | ||
