ESPP Release Notes - Version 23.2.2 (May 11, 2023)

These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

	NEW AND ENHANCED FEATURES
	3.1	ESPP Purchase report included broker account numbers for some clients.
		In this release, we removed the column containing the Broker Account information for participants on the ESPP Purchases Report, and removed this column as a viable option under the custom report builder. This was done to ensure certain client policies were maintained and to enhance participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan security.
4.0	PARTICIPANT PORTAL Online portal used by participants to perform various grant-related tasks as allowed by company policy

	QUALITY UPDATES
	6.1	Fractional and Over Limit Refunds Not Being Set Correctly on Enrollment Records by the ESPP Enrollment Import File
		For clients working UBS as their broker of choice, we included a small change to the handling of fractional amounts from being rolled over into subsequent ESPP offering periods. Going forward, these fractional amounts will be included in refund data, provided plan settings dictate as such.
