| In this release, we resolved an issue where, when a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan was terminated after there had been a plan modification, their expense was not accelerating to the date of termination. There are also downstream impacts to the ESPP Common Equivalents and the ESPP Award Detail reports, which reference the ESPP Expense Accrual report. | ||
