ESPP Release Notes - Version 23.1.5 (Mar 30, 2023)

These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

1.0	ADMINISTRATION
	NEW AND ENHANCED FEATURES
	1.1	Purchase Approval Updates - withdrawals in OP2 prior to OP1 purchase finalization.
		In this release we resolved an issue where, when a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan was withdrawn from an offering period, but the purchase for the previous offering period was not yet processed, that participant was included in the previous offering period's purchase. This release resolves this issue and will allow users to process the previous purchase without this participant's inclusion.
	1.2	Updated password requirements to support the plus sign (+) character type.
		With this enhancement, users can now include the special character "+" in their passwords when creating or updating their account credentials. This adds an additional layer of complexity to passwords, making them more secure and difficult to guess or crack using brute-force methods.
	QUALITY UPDATES
	1.3	Participants not getting completely withdrawn from Offering Period
		With this release, importing ESPP ineligibility records dated to a future enrollment period will now properly process a withdraw from the designated enrollment event.
