ESPP Release Notes - Version 23.1.3 (Feb 16, 2023)

These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

1.0	ADMINISTRATION
	QUALITY UPDATES
	1.1	Terminating a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan in a RESET Offering period(OP) is not creating the refund in correct OP
		Terminating a participant in a reset offering period was not creating a refund. For example, when an offering period is reset to the next offering period, any residuals from a purchase in the first offering period will carry over to the next offering period (pending plan settings). If the participant then terminates, the participant is withdrawn from nest offering period, and the residual that was carried forward to from the original offering period should have be refunded. The system was updated to now refund the amount carried forward to the next offering period.
	1.2	Issues when Undoing a Back-Dated Termination
		When undoing (removing) a participant termination, the participant will be re-enrolled properly in the correct offering period(s) and the carry forward residuals that were removed as part of the termination will be put back in the system. The state of the participant record (in ESPP) will be brought back to the pre- termination state.
