ESPP Release Notes - Version 22.2.4 (June 23, 2022)

		Resolved an issue where terminating a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan that was enrolled in new offering period, but the termination was effective for the previous offering period could not be entered. These terminations can now be entered successfully.
