ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.7 (Feb. 18, 2021)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform in version 21.7 on February 18, 2021. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

| 1.1 | Enhancement to Track Annual 25K Limit for Non-423 Qualified Plans [IS6189] | |
| Companies can now track the annual 25K limitation even if an ESPP plan is not qualified as an IRC Internal Revenue Code - the domestic portion of federal statutory law in the USA Section 423 plan. When the new "Perform Section 423 25K Limit Test" checkbox is selected, the system tracks the 25K limit as it does for 423 qualified plans. When the new checkbox is cleared, no 25K limit check is done. This checkbox is located in the Limits section under Settings > Plan > choose plan > Profile. | ||
