ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.6 (Jan. 28, 2021)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform in version 21.6 on January 28, 2021. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

| 1.1 | ESPP Setting Added to Dashboard Pie Chart [IS6099] | |
| Users with the SOA Abbreviation for Stock Option Admin role role can now click Settings > Company > Configure Participant Portal Online portal used by participants to perform various grant-related tasks as allowed by company policy and enable an ESPP Shares Held setting in the Dashboard Pie Chart Settings section. It displays the sum of ESPP shares held by the participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan below the pie chart entries. | ||

| 1.2 | Update to ESPP Instructions on the Portal | |
| In a prior release, the standard and customized instructions for enrollment, mid-cycle election changes, and other actions were refined to display only the appropriate information for the action being done. In this release, when a participant makes an initial enrollment, the Withdraw box is no longer displayed since it does not apply in this case. In addition, some minor formatting changes have been made to the information displayed. | ||
| 1.3 | ESPP Trade Restriction Issue | |
| For companies that have ESPP Trade Restriction functionality enabled, the number of shares available for sale that displayed when a participant was logged into the portal incorrectly showed shares available to sell when the trade restriction was in place. Now the shares available balance correctly displays according to the restriction dates. | ||
