ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.21 (Dec 9, 2021)

These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

1.0	ADMINISTRATION
	NEW AND ENHANCED FEATURES
	1.1	Re-implement post term/withdraw contributions, include amounts on reports in "pre-approval" status, and ensure the All Changes and Cancels query accurately reflects these amounts.
		In this release, we re-introduced the feature where any contributions imported into the system attached to terminated or withdrawn participants will be treated with greater accuracy. Post termination/withdrawal contributions will now be refunded, if plan settings dictate refunds, while be treated appropriately at the time of the next purchase. Further, users can now view these refunds as a "Pending Refund" on the Contributions Refunded, Refund Summary, and Participant Transactions reports.

3.0	REPORTING
	QUALITY UPDATES
	3.1	ESPP Forfeiture Shares forfeited when there is a performance cancellation on a performance award Rate applied on the Expense report
		In this release, we resolved an issue where the Forfeiture Adjusted Total Expense (POSTFORFEITUREEXPNS) was incorrect when a forfeiture rate was being used. This has now been resolved.
	3.2	Dispositions of type = "Transfer" should not still be available for further dispositions
		Prior to this release, on the ESPP Disposition screen, shares that have been transferred are still displayed as available to be disposed. These shares should no longer be available for further dispositions. This issue has now been resolved.
4.0	PARTICIPANT PORTAL Online portal used by participants to perform various grant-related tasks as allowed by company policy
