ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.17 (Sept 16, 2021)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform in version 21.17 on Sept 16, 2021. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

| Prior to this release, any contributions entered after the effective withdrawal date for a participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan who manually withdrew during a purchase period (and contributions are set to refund) would not be accurately reflected in the system. Now, any contributions entered after the effective withdrawal date will now be reflected correctly within the system after the purchase has been approved. | ||

| With this release, we have enhanced the Contributions list page within every purchase period to include an optional field to display the LAST MODIFIED DATE for every contribution entered. This will include the date and time (in Pacific Time) the entry was made or edited, either by an upload file or manually via the UI. To view the LAST MODIFIED DATE, users must click on the COLUMN CHOOSER icon and then add the LAST MODIFIED DATE field to the page by highlighting the item and then clicking on the "Right" arrow to move the field from the "Available Columns" to the "Selected Columns". | ||
