ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.16 (Aug. 26, 2021)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform in version 21.16 on Aug. 26, 2021. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

Prior to this release, there were two corner cases regarding ESPP contributions made by participants causing the Previous Carry Forward amounts displayed on the Purchase List page to be incorrect. These amounts did not impact the purchase amount and it was only a display issue. The logic to calculate Previous Carry Forward amounts was changed to take into account refunds created during manual withdraws and terminations. |

ESPP | Purchase Period List Page "Total Used" formula Change [CER-17776] |

| Prior to this release, the Purchase Periods list page (found under Offering Periods > Purchase Periods) was calculating the Purchase Total amount by taking the product of the Purchase Price * Purchased Shares values, and not from the final and approved purchase amounts. A discrepancy arose when the Purchase Price had more than two decimals in precision. This was a display change only and there was no changes to any of the corresponding purchase amounts in any report or on the Purchase list page. | ||

| Prior to this release, non-qualified ESPPs with limits were not correctly being applied in the system. Specifically, the issue related to the Offering Period, Purchase Period, Aggregate Purchase Period, and Annual share limits. Although this applied to few plans, the issue has now been resolved with this release. | ||

| Previously, an ESPP participant An individual or entity participating in an equity compensation plan and/or employee stock purchase plan with no other awards or grants did not see the Transactions page. Now the Transactions page is visible for participants with ESPP and nothing else. | ||

| 6.1 | Issuer Integration page shows failed import status for successful HRPC Human Resources Payroll Connector ESPP import [CER-16983] [SC01441192] | |
| Previously, the Issuer Integration page showed a failed import status for the HRPC ESPP Contribution file even though it successfully imported and the Upload Status page showed that it was successful. Now, the Issuer Integration page shows the correct status for the HRPC ESPP Contribution file. | ||
