ESPP Release Notes - Version 21.14 (July 15, 2021)
These release notes describe changes made to the ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan management platform in version 21.14 on July 15, 2021. System updates are comprised of features and fixes that are deployed in regularly scheduled major and minor releases.

There was a problem with the new Previous Carry Forward and Current Contributions Used columns on the ESPP Preview Purchase list page when a prior purchase reached a limit and had a full refund of any residuals. In the current purchase period, the system is pulling the last known Previous Carry Forward and using that to calculate the Current Contributions Used. However, that previous carry forward was already used, and all residuals were refunded in the immediately preceding purchase. The system was calculating the shares to purchase, purchase total and new limit or fraction residual amounts correctly, but the display amounts were incorrect. This has now been resolved. |
